KING PIN:
Turkish brand OMS will be used. It is a removable king pin from the bottom in 74080 standards and is made according to SAE standards as an 8-bolt type. It has an E certificate.
PAINTING:
All parts are carefully cleaned before painting.
Epoxy is used for the first protective primer and coating.
Two coats of high quality paint are applied to the tanker.
The tanker will be painted white. It can be painted in any color desired. If a different color is requested, it will be reflected as an extra cost.
Manhole Cover:
The lower throat plate is welded to the upper part of the tankers and mounted to the tanker. The upper plate is connected to the throat plate with leak-proof gaskets and screws. Standard connection points are created so that the vapor recycling valve, level sensor, measuring rod and breather can be mounted on it. The middle opening manual cover is 250 mm in diameter.
Pneumatic Control Unit
It is mounted inside the tanker cabinet. The air system drawn from the air tubes of the vehicle is connected to the inlet of the control unit. There are buttons for each compartment and a clock that shows the air pressure, allowing the system to operate during filling and emptying of the tank.
Bottom Valve:
4” Norm type foot valve is connected to the bottom of the tanker, one for each compartment. The installation is brought to the cabinet and the valve is connected to its end. It is used to fill and empty the tank with the command it receives from the control unit. It acts as a safety valve to prevent the product in the tank from being discharged if the valves in the cabinet break in the event of an accident.
API Valve :
It is installed inside the cabinet, one for each compartment in the tanker. It is used to empty the tank.
